Review Of Fast Fixer-Upper Profits

Review Of Fast Fixer-Upper Profits

If you are reading this review, I am going to assume that you are interested in buying fixer upper homes for the purpose of selling them for a profit. While I can’t promise you that you will even sell one home, I can promise you that the info in this product will give you the best chance of not only finding the right home but selling it for a very nice profit.

First off, let me get this out of the way. The author is not some wannabe marketer. He does this for a living, buying and selling homes. In other words, he’s a professional at it. Sure, that gives him some resources that maybe some of us don’t have, but the knowledge itself is still going to give you the best shot at making this work. And then, if you DO have the resources, you can pretty much write your own ticket.

Why? Essentially, Sal goes over the 5 keys to buying and selling fixer uppers. It’s one of the things I love about this book. He gets right to the meat. Those 5 keys?

  1. How to find the fixer upper with the highest profit potential. This is very detailed and you need to read it carefully.
  1. How to buy real estate at 30% below market value. This is something very few people know how to do. He explains how to do this in detail.
  1. How to finance the deal using very little of your own money, or none of it at all. This is just pure genius. When you read how to do this, you’ll wonder how you never thought of it yourself.
  1. How to increase the market value of the home by as much as 20%. This is another piece of pure genius. I guess that’s what happens when you’ve been doing this for so long.
  1. How to sell it for the highest price OR generate rental income. Honestly, after you read this section, you might actually opt for the latter unless you don’t want the headaches of a landlord.

Quite honestly, there is nothing about this book I don’t like. If you are serious about buying and selling fixer uppers, this is a must have. At the very least, go to his site and see what he has to offer. Yes, I do get compensated for any purchases through my site. That compensation goes to helping me maintain this site and be able to do more reviews of products I believe in.

This is one of them.

Here is the site.
